New Hires Dec 2025

Meet The Newest Members Of The Hyundai Team

Our team in Norcross continues to grow to serve you better. Here are the latest additions to the Hyundai Material Handling team:

Jung Woo Jang, Director of Operations & Strategy

Jung Woo Jang brings us 15+ years of experience with Hyundai Heavy Industries, Construction Equipment, and HD XiteSolution.  He received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Marketing from Korea University in Seoul.  He also brings a wealth of international experience, having served our company in Asia, Europe, and now the United States.  We look forward to tapping into his proven experience in sales, marketing, and strategic development.  When not working, he enjoys mountain climbing and we’re counting on him to help our business scale new heights.

Mike Cody, National Account Sales Manager

Mike is a true material handling veteran with 35 years of experience.  He began his career as an Aftermarket Rep at a Clark dealership, and in the years that followed he held virtually every possible role in a material handling dealership, from sales to being an Executive Vice President.  He moved to the OEM side of the business in 2016 and enjoyed success growing sales throughout our country’s eastern region.  He even worked in a technology startup serving our industry.  When not selling forklifts, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife of 37 years, Brenda, and their two grandchildren.  He’s also an avid golfer.

William (Butch) Couch – Director-Aftermarket

Butch has a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Georgia State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.  After graduation, Butch took his first professional position as rental coordinator with a major equipment rental provider, eventually becoming a Regional Manager with roles in both sales and operations.  He then worked in the modular building industry for six years in a General Manager role.  He entered the material handling industry in 2015, again managing rental operations, eventually becoming a Regional General Manager, then Director of Rental for his entire organization.  This experience will serve our company and dealers well as we expand aftermarket opportunities.  On a personal note, Butch has two daughters and loves spending time with his granddaughter and playing golf.

We hope you get to know our new hires and we look forward to their contributions to our company and our dealer network.
