FL Parts CSR

Primary Duties:
The Forklift Parts CSR position serves our Dealer Network by providing support for all parts inquiries, communicating with HQ on parts manual errors, along with other issues, and promoting the use of all Hyundai parts.
Responsibilities:
Assist Hyundai Dealers with everyday tasks such as parts ordering, parts returns, technical questions and tracking and ETA information for orders.
Maintain technical information on HD HCE-NA products and provide dealers and HD HCE-NA service with information as requested.
Work with Product Support and Service departments in the investigation of product issues and resolution.
Provide information regarding modification or changes required to Hyundai technical documentation.
Works with HQ parts department on any part improvement submissions from HHI to ensure related parts are available and field labor times are updated to accommodate any changes.
Develops and maintains a database of FAQ related to technical product information.
Work with all Forklift Dealers to ensure maximum uptime for the customer.
Provide excellent customer service to all Hyundai Material Handling Dealers.
Provide Dealer Portal Training for Dealers on parts look up, parts bulletins and other parts needs.
Provide quarterly reports for Dealers on all parts related information.
Provide information on backordered parts to dealers.
Qualifications:
Technical experience is needed. (Forklift or Automotive Mechanical)
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
Other duties:
Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.

FL Regional Aftermarket Manager

Primary Duties:
The RAM (Regional Aftermarket Manager) is the primary Dealer contact for their assigned APR when it relates to Parts, Service, and Warranty dealings.
The RAM will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- The development and maintenance of dealer relationships in your assigned APR.
- The RAM is responsible for the aftermarket parts sales, warranty recovery rate, service training, and dealer reviews for their APR.
- Responsible for assisting the service department with Warranty Authorizations and Warranty Parts RGA’s.
- Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing.
- Set dealer parts and service goals for internal growth and overall customer satisfaction and have scheduled reviews with proper dealer staff to obtain and maintain set goals.
- Communicate with dealers and provide consistent direction of policies & procedures.
- Recommend marketing /promotional strategies to assist dealers in maximizing parts sales volume, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quarterly reports on district performance (current & YTD) Parts and Warranty and Service Training
- Dealer visits will include:
- Dealer Evaluations- Service Department, Parts Department and Aftermarket abilities.
- Customer visits
- Service and Parts Systems Training
- Product reviews
- Parts Program and Factory Training Program Reviews
- Identify and report service and Quality issues to HMH management and HQ.
- Develop and maintain Failure Analysis for customer and dealer issues
- Maintain travel requests and follow up’s within Docswave.
- Maintain and update travel itinerary every 30 days.
Qualifications:

Education and skillsets:
Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred (will consider individuals with 5+ years of industry experience with some service experience in lieu of a degree). Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of job-related experience with at least two of those years being industry related. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with acute analytical/reasoning skills are a must. Candidates must have excellent people skills. Must have experience in Service, training, management and basic finance. High Mechanical aptitude skills will be very beneficial in this position. Must be able to travel four days a week.
