Primary Duties: 

The Director of Aftermarket has to demonstrate leadership and support of parts, warranty, training and field-based service representatives. Help in developing long-term strategy that is not only profitable but sustainable for the long-term success of the organization. The Director of Aftermarket role includes responsibilities for day-to-day business and also includes human resources alignment. The Director of Aftermarket role works closely with the EVP/COO, Director of National Account & Dealer Development, supports and reports to the EVP/COO.

Responsibilities: 

Aftermarket to include:

  • Parts operations to include parts stocking requirements to serve the dealer network with an acceptable supply of fast, medium and slow-moving parts. Also, to include parts warehousing and distribution of all parts.
  • Service support to include, technical training and support to the dealer network.
  • Warranty support to the dealer network as well as working with Hyundai Genuine to identify root causes in manufacturing defects as well as cost reductions and reduce liability through product improvement.
  • Regional Aftermarket Managers: Manage overall parts & service plan through clear communication of objective to be accomplished on an annual basis through the dealer network. Regional parts goals, annual KPI development and implementation.
  • Reinforcing the company’s policies that promote company culture, vision and compliance.
  • Overseeing operations of the company and the work and development of their direct reports.

Direct report responsibility to include:

  • CSR’s & Parts Warehouse Operations
  • Warranty administrator & warranty analysts
  • Regional Aftermarket Managers
  • Annual KPI development and implementation.
  • Work closely with Hyundai Genuine and corporate members of Headquarters to communicate with market trends changes and competition in the US and Canadian Market.
  • Work to establish alignment with HQ on Parts pricing, availability and products needed to continuously improve dealer confidence within the dealer network.

Primary Duties:  

Research and create reports from Sales, Inventory, and other statistics. Lead inside parts team to achieve customer satisfaction and drive parts sales.

Responsibilities:  

  • Create order type reports for internal teams and/dealers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and grow parts sales and interpersonal growth of each team member.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the departments growth performance.
  • Create presentations and reports monthly based on each months results.
  • Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage inside parts team. Encourage and support team to exceed KPI expectations.
  • Maintain dealer relationships and satisfaction levels.
  • Develop training programs for Dealers on our Dealer Portal parts system.
  • Creating Dealer communication letters for the parts department.

Qualifications:

Primary Duties: 

The Forklift Product Sales Trainers works closely with the Hyundai Sales Team and Dealer Sales Principals to instruct, train, and provide dealer support, communication, and implement training solutions for Forklift/ Product Sales Training. Effectively manage the Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas (HD HCE-NA) internal, dealer & vendor relationship with product support ensuring, dealer sales capability, customer satisfaction (retention) and increased sales. Works closely with the Director of Aftermarket  to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintain an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive serve the client environment within the product support team. Interact with dealers to support the sales effort and overall satisfaction with the product/equipment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Excellent working knowledge of class IV and V industrial trucks.
  • Excellent presentation skills in the aforementioned areas.
  • Must have extensive experience in an industrial truck field.
  • Familiarity with “Power Point” and related presentation systems and the ability to modify existing presentations and create new presentations and training material.
  • Ability to research competitor’s information and build comparison presentations.
  • Possess strong public speaking and communication skills and be able to effectively conduct training classes and present training materials.
  • Must possess an inordinate amount of patience and have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with different nationalities, ages and experience levels.
  • Must be able to function well in a team environment to achieve training department goals.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task, meet deadlines and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to travel periodically (domestic and international) and be able to legally obtain a passport when necessary
  • Provide product training of Class 4 , 5 to our dealers regularly.
  • Research the market of class 4, 5 and make the report to PM team and HQ.
  • Develop the sales tool through the comparison analysis test and provide the tool to our dealers.
  • Work closely with Dealers to communicate needs and schedule training accordingly.
  • Maintain proactive communications to capture incoming feedback & outgoing messaging alignment

Primary Duties: 

The Technical Support representative is responsible for assisting Hyundai Material Handling Dealers with technical issues relating to the Hyundai Forklifts via Hi Desk 2 (internal CRM), Telephone, and email.

Responsibilities: 

  • Use the Hyundai Dealer Portal system to advise and assist the dealer network technicians with technical issues. This includes using Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics, Service Manuals, Engine Manuals, and experience to help troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain technical information on HMH products and provide dealers and HMH service with information as requested.
  • Work with Product Support and Service departments in the investigation of product issues and resolution.
  • Distribute, track and monitor field service campaigns required for product improvement/recall in accordance with HHI/HMH policy.
  • Monitor failure trends and report information to R&D, Engineering, or Quality departments at HQ.
  • Provide information regarding modification or changes required to Hyundai technical documentation including Service and Parts Manuals.
  • Work with parts department on technical part questions. Assist with providing the correct part numbers to dealers when needed. Report part issues to R&D, Engineering or Quality departments at HQ.
  • Develops and maintains database of FAQ related to technical product information.
  • Assist dealer personnel in proper submission of warranty claims including providing Warranty Authorizations per Hyundai Material Handling Warranty Policy.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift Technical experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) Reporting and report development.

Primary Duties: 

The Warranty Representative processes dealer submitted warranty claims in accordance with HHI/HMH policy. To maintain and update all warranty related material for use in the warranty process.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain technical information on HMH products and provide dealers and HMH service with information as requested.
  • Maintain dealer labor code/allowance schedule and distribute for use by field and dealer personnel.
  • Be familiar with and process dealer submitted warranty claims in accordance with State Dealer Protection Laws.
  • Work with Product Support and Service departments in the investigation of product issues and resolution.
  • Distribute, track and monitor field service campaigns required for product improvement/recall in accordance with HHI/HMH policy.
  • Monitor failure trends and report information to R&D/Engineering on Hyundai Material Handling products.
  • Provide information regarding modification or changes required to Hyundai technical documentation.
  • Works with parts department on any part improvement submissions from HHI to ensure related parts are available and field labor times are updated to accommodate any changes.
  • Develops and maintains database of FAQ related to technical product information.
  • Assist dealer personnel in proper submission of warranty claims.
  • Submits recover report and invoice to HHI for covered claims.
  • Maintain warranty parts return area. Track and ship requested parts to HQ.
  • Test failed warranty parts and validate warranty claims. Report findings back to dealers on parts that are tested and deliver a Failure Analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Technical experience is needed. (Forklift or Automotive Mechanical)
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
