Hyundai Material Handling Makes A Big Impact At 2023 Precast Show

The precast concrete market is an over $134 billion global business.  With new construction, aging infrastructure, and major government stimulus programs, the demand for precast concrete products is only going to grow.

Hyundai Material Handling has the perfect product mix to serve this key industry.  To reach decision-makers, Hyundai is an Associate Member of the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) and had a major presence at this year’s Precast Show held in Columbus, OH.

Hyundai co-sponsored a booth with its Columbus-based dealer, Brennan Equipment Services.  On display were Hyundai’s powerhouse 70D-9 and 35D-9F diesel forklifts.

“The precast show was a terrific experience for us,” said Lewis Byers, Executive Vice President/COO, Hyundai Material Handling.  “We got the chance to partner with one of our best dealers and meet leaders in the precast industry.  It’s a sales effort that we plan to build on.”

During the show, thousands of precast concrete professionals toured the exhibit hall, networked, and took part in educational seminars.  It was a great opportunity for Hyundai to build awareness and connections in the industry.

Hyundai would like to acknowledge the team at Brennan Equipment Services for making the event a success: Jim Brennan, President; Tom Backoff, VP Sales; and Tim Nordahl, Regional Manager.  They did an outstanding job promoting their dealership and the Hyundai brand.

“With the introduction of our new 100D-9V, that combines greater power with lower emissions, the precast industry will have even more reasons to choose Hyundai forklifts,” said Lewis Byers. “And we’re looking forward to next year’s Precast Show in Denver.”
