Thompson Lift Truck will donate the rental profit of a bright pink Hyundai forklift to breast cancer research.
“We wanted to do something that would not only raise funds for breast cancer research but also raise awareness and inspire others to join us in this effort,” says Lucy Thompson Marsh, president and chief executive of the central Tennessee Hyundai forklift dealership.
“Our pink forklift stands out in any industrial setting and it’s a reminder that we can all make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.”
Thompson Lift Truck is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, which means it’s at least 51% owned, controlled, operated and managed by a woman or women.
The profit revenue the pink forklift generates until the end of this year will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through the Thompson Foundation, the charitable arm of Thompson Lift Truck.
